Thanks Hypno
I got worried there that they were saying I couldn't withdraw any money I'd deposited which would scupper my plans to put enough in to bring it up to £20 & then withdraw but you've filled me with confidence so I will go ahead & give them more money.0 -
I understand the thing about FB. I did join (to keep an eye on my DD) Then i get people who i swear iv'e hardly met asking to be my friend. I don't even recognise some of them. I don't like it much especially when one woman who i accepted as a friend began using the most foul language i have ever heard. Including telling all and sundry about her sex life. Now please believe me i'm not a prude but she has 2 young children of 12 and 14 who are also on FB and i just can't believe a mother could do that to her children. Since then i refuse to go on it. Sorry, rant over.
PS. Thanks to you Hypno for the Bingo britain thingy. I will just stick to using there money.0 -

After all I only need 24 neighbours for my final ribbon and they don't need to actually farm they could just get a farm become our neighbours and then abandon the farm hint hint:D

New to me too Verbatim, but we live and learn. Hypno's thread is very with it.
63 million people earning virtual money , I prefer the real stuff!
DH and DS love this kind of thing though. As I type husband is busy building a virtual empire to rival Napoleon's and son is Mayor of Sim City, and I deliver Yellow Pages.

:j:j:jPopeye won £17.50 while I was at work
(paid in £5, withdrew £22.50)
I found 45p in the vending machine
And another NSD
I have no excuse, I've just found MSE ways so much fun I can't leave :rotfl:0 -
Excellent news OO!! I hope you will stick around for a long time
I joined facebook to keep an eye on the kids - I know it is not foolproof (or parentproof) completely, but it gives me a reasonable idea of what they are doing, and with whom......We have agreed that I will keep "a respectable distance" and not make embarrassing comments though
Long long long day at work today, and have not had anything to eat until I got home and wolfed down a chunk of cheeseI will have to have something very soon though.....hmmm......must try harder.
Hope you have all had a good day so far!Successful women can still have their feet on the ground. They just wear better shoes. (Maud Van de Venne)Life begins at the end of your comfort zone (Neale Donald Walsch)0 -

This made me laugh
You don't have to roll up your trousers or give funny handshakes :rotfl:
It is farmville on facebook Walshy boy and I both have farms and basically we need more neighbours to expand our farms so if anyone who is on facebook would like to add me as a friend pm me and I will send you my details you can then be mine and walshy's neighbours on farmville you don't have to play the game if you don't want to (and it is very addictive and time consuming) but just have a farm and then leave it to fend for itself of course if you fancy playing all the better. We get different coloured ribbons depending on how many neighbours we have and you need 50 neighbours to get all the ribbons and to be able to make your farm bigger.
Sad I know it was all those mad Payment a Day people who get me into it and I dragged Walshy boy in but I think he quite likes it

I'm doing low carb remember! I'm trying really really hard and could happily have had the bread too.......but I am still aiming to get into something reasonable for the office party at the end of the week!
Am going to make a frittata for dinner........deeeeelish!Successful women can still have their feet on the ground. They just wear better shoes. (Maud Van de Venne)Life begins at the end of your comfort zone (Neale Donald Walsch)0
