Well well that was exciting. How do I log off? Just close the window? (My children are REALLY SHOCKED that I entered my bank details onto a website, by the way :o.)

We're paying interest only on the mortgage too... I know it's not a good idea... we meant to do it for a year and it's been three or four. I know I need to get a grip on this and other things.

  • Well done on all the b1ngo wins. I've not yet signed up to KJP. Think I'm still recovering from the £20 scratchcard win this morning :j

Hope Miss H has surfaced from her deep sleep and is able to share good things about China.

Not sure if anyone can help with a suggestion here, but I'm doing a table top sale on my own tomorrow (long story) and I don't have a money belt to store cash... any suggestions or will I just have to use the pockets on my jeans... which means I can't sit down. It's an indoor event so I'll look a bit stupid wearing my coat (which has lots of hidden pockets). Any help or suggestions gratefully received - it's more about security than anything else, can't afford to lose any cash I do take.

DD is still sleeping lots - not well at all although she did struggle to work this morning. But she chose to sleep instead of watch X factor - that indicates how tired she still is!!

Re the money bag - I just use a tub and keep it with me at all times....never had a problem yet. Good luck with the sale - I hope you do really well!

Hiphouse, could you use a pencil case or make-up bag with a zip top?
Members of my family have always done craft fairs and Farmer's Markets and such, but usually have one of those lockable moneyboxes.
Just make sure you watch it like a hawk and have plenty of change - Good Luck!

hiphouse, I would use a box on the table, and put any notes in your jeans pockets. Good luck! And good night all.
