I'd be out to punish the guy who did it to you and have him done for assault or something, but not tesco.0

that sounds quite scary and i think the guy who done this must of knew the guy if he didnt help then had him hanging off him. the security guard should be there to make the shop secure and safe. also why have these bags lieing around? id def make a complaint to head officeWins so far this year: Mum to be bath set, follow me Domino Dog, Vital baby feeding set, Spiderman goody bag, free pack of Kiplings cakes, £15 love to shop voucher, HTC Desire, Olive oil cooking spray, Original Source Strawberry Shower Gel, Garnier skin care hamper, Marc Jacobs fragrance.0

Thanks nilrs for your advice I will def go to the CAB, but I may need to see consultancy first, because today after I came back from TESCO I cannot calm down at all. I walk on the street and always get the feelings like someone is stand behind me. I'm shaking whenever I think about this, because I'm so scared, so upset, and so angry with all the things -- the assulting, and the TESCO. I took a shower but turns out I want to screaming in my bath room its like something inside me gona explore, its drive me crazy. I might leave this thread for a while until I can calm down. I need calm down first.
Thanks everyone who give me the advice and suppose here. Thanks.
I detect a claim for massive compensation in the offing.0 -
Methinks security guard has been confused with body guard. He's there as a theft deterrent not personal security. If this happened, anyone could have intervened - why blame the security guard?0

security = safe?. he is there to ensure the store is safe aswell as deter thievesWins so far this year: Mum to be bath set, follow me Domino Dog, Vital baby feeding set, Spiderman goody bag, free pack of Kiplings cakes, £15 love to shop voucher, HTC Desire, Olive oil cooking spray, Original Source Strawberry Shower Gel, Garnier skin care hamper, Marc Jacobs fragrance.0

Just got an e-mail back from their customer service after I sent an e-mail complaint to them what happend last time.
Dear Ms xx
Thank you for your email addressed to Sir Terry Leahy, our Chief Executive. As Sir Terry is currently away from the office, I am responding on his behalf.
I was sorry to learn of your complaint and I can fully appreciate the upset you would have experienced due to this.
Although we cannot be held responsible for the actions of members of the general public, we do have a duty of care to our customers when they are on our premises.
Your comments have been discussed with Ian Dunne, our Store Manager. As you say, Ian has viewed the CCTV footage carefully. He has advised that the gentleman concerned informed our Security staff that you were well known to each other and gave him the impression that this was simply a boisterous prank.
As you did not make any complaint at the time, or ask for any assistance, our staff could not have been aware that he was unknown to you. You then apparently left the store without any further recourse.
Let me absolutely assure you that if any of our staff felt you were in danger at any time, they would have given assistance immediately. It could not have been very pleasant for you and I can appreciate that you were frightened, however our Security Guard was watching throughout. He was not, at any time, alerted to the fact that you were very upset by this incident which apparently happened within seconds.
I would follow the advice given to contact the Police and report this, as it is a civil matter. They cannot take any further action until this happens. Ian Dunne has assured me that he will retain a copy of the CCTV footage in case they wish to view it. It may be possible to identify the person from this, if he is known to them.
Thank you for bringing this matter to the attention of our Chief Executive.
Kind Regards
xxx
stomer Service Executive
So according to this, they mean if you been assulted at Tesco and if you did not asked for any assistance rignt away then they will assum that their staff felt you were not in danger even if you had screaming there a lots. And also if you been assulted by someone claimed that well known you, then there no alter of danger for them as well. Tell me if I miss understood them again.0 -
Is there any more of this?0
