I've never even looked at quidco... will investigate it tho...
TDQO, have we taught you nothing:eek: Get over there for some free money right now!:D In 18 months I have earned £530 and have £80 due, all for stuff I would have bought anyway.Pay/save £20k in 2010 £5888.75/£20,000June Mini target 0/5lbs Total 23/40Ebay profit 2010: March £207:) April £95:) May £130:) June £0 Total £432:j0 -
I simply don't buy anything these days! Being a skint student for the last 3yrs means I havent had anything to use quidco for. However I shall deffo look into it as I'm getting up to £1500 over the next 6-8 weeks so will be doing a wee bit of shoppingThe size of a glory hole in an open pit should not be greater than the cross-section of the haul trucks that dump into it. I'm sorry for the demon I've become but you should be sorry for the angel you are not.0 -
I do get your point about being a skinty student & therfore not psending anything but as sarah says- you can do your food shopping on there too.
I also recommend topcashback as it seems to have a wider selection of retailers. It just makes sense to use a cashback site if you're going to buy something anyway, I walked into vodafone shop to browse & fell in love with new phone & contract but totally forgot about quidco & effectively lost £80. Just think how much beer you could buy for £800 -
They have daily clicks and other ways to make pennies for nothing as well, it may not sound much but I have read on here about people joining every cashback site and taking advantage of all the free points and getting about £3 a day which is over £1000 over the year. Even if you are just buying Christmas presents you will make some money. Changing your bank and getting a credit card can get you about £100 for a few minutes work as well. They have lots of good deals on mobile contracts as well.
Definitely worth a look, combining it with voucher codes means a huge saving, ie I got £50 worth of tesco shopping for around £30 delivered a few times and loads of M&S stuff for around half price combining quidco with codes. Maybe you could introduce your mum to it as well? Once you get the hang of it you can save a lot of money, I have probably saved as much as I have earned on quidco by using codes from the discount board as well.Pay/save £20k in 2010 £5888.75/£20,000June Mini target 0/5lbs Total 23/40Ebay profit 2010: March £207:) April £95:) May £130:) June £0 Total £432:j0 -

Anybody got anything exciting planned?Sometimes it's hard to walk in a single woman's shoes - that's why we need really special ones!Total debt @ Oct 2008: £29,226.42 Credit Card- £[STRIKE]7493.56[/STRIKE] - £7243.56Weightloss : 0/34lbs0 -
Hi F-fabulous fellow singletons....thanks for the concern :A thought I'd best let you know I'm fine!! A couple of HUGE puddles on my way to work yesterday morning and a very very quiet day in work due to torrential downpours but other than that I've been very lucky and not had any problems. Different story in other places around Cumbria though unfortunately. I know the shipyard that employs a few thousand people sent home everybody that lives outside of Barrow, and alot of schools/colleges have shut. Although today there's hardly been any rain atall, I haven't read the local paper so not sure where abouts in Barrow's flooded
I've just been lurking recently, worked most days for the last 2 weeks due to staff at work having holidays/illnesses. Was really looking forward to my day off tomorrow until the lass I was working with today cut her hand and had to go to hospital. She's ok but taking tomorrow off. It does get me next Saturday off instead though and I'm already off the Friday so will only be working 2 days next week
On the giving blood thing, I went a few years back and they didn't have a strap to fit around my arm coz it was too fatThinking about it now I feel embarrassed about it but at the time I wasn't, just more gutted that I couldn't give blood. Speaking of being too fat... I've not been to the gym or even attempted to eat well :oEveryday, coz I've been in work I've had a bacon, sausage & egg butty for breakfast and a couple of cakes for snacks and a pie later on ..they're too gorgeous not to!! SBC... next time your colleague's in the area you should tell him to stop off at my pie shop and I'll send a pie through for ya
I think I've kind of got the hang of Quidco.. I worked out that I hadn't ever been paid because I didn't have my payment details set up, not that it matters as I've only got a couple of quid in there.... but I have been doing some christmas shopping online and should soon have another couple of quid on its way to moi
Have you checked it out yet TDQ? You should definitely get signed up if you've got cash like that to spend you lucky thing! Enjoy it
Sarah do you do the daily clicks on quidco? I don't know where to find themGlad you're feeling better...16 hours is a long time to sleep  Lots of people seem to be ill at the moment. I've been lucky so far not to pick anything up, all I hope is that when I'm ill it's on my days off.
Lula... did you get yourself some work clothes? Sorry to hear about about the car expenses, I feel your pain!
I missed the children in need concert lastnight, I really wanted to watch it, I think Gary Barlow is looking much better with age..yum yum! I did watch Borat lastnight though and also Phoenix Nights which is something I haven't watched for a couple of years. I had a right good giggle, I was laughing before things were happening because I knew they were coming up. Has anybody watched Miranda?
Argh...I have been typing this out for ages...forgot I've got to go and pick my nephew up...better dash...argh

Hi all.
Been lurking but back to posting now.
Bowski I like Miranda, very funny! I have a date later....gonna cook my carb fest and spend my Friday night with Michael Mcintyre me thinks! Got his new DVD and need to laugh desperately!
I have never given blood, used to be because I was always getting pierced or tattooed but had neither for a few years now so could do, might help me feel a bit better about myself knowing I am helping others. Now a SAHM trying to earn some spare pennies each month0 -
Hi Bowski, very relieved to hear you are okay.:j
I don't think quidco have daily clicks anymore, I know a lot of the other cashback sites do though. There is a thread on here about making money from clicks, I will try to find it for you.
Here
