Yey ShoeGal is back and I have wine!! I am eating better, but done no physical activity since I have been off sick. I have two shiny new Flexi-bar DVDs which remain in their cellophane. :o Incidentally I have randomly acquired two copies of 'Lower Body Lift' and 'Slim, Long and Strong' so if any of the regulars ever get the Flexi-bar bug ...

Welcome back Shoe Gal:j:j:jHope you found your diary most informative:D

After yesterday's panic I decided to go to the Boots Shopping Day as I do need to stock up on a few things, I got wrapping paper, cards, gift bags and tags to stash away for Christmas, 2 small gifts to bump up Christmas presents, 5 boxes of tissues, an umbrella (which was desperately needed) hairspray, a meal deal (am scoffing now) and a bar of chocolate, the last two were because I was struggling to spend £50. It was £58, then £50.20 after discounts and I got £16.60 in points. Not sure I got a brilliant deal to be honest, but at least I have some of the Christmas shopping done and I don't have to start being brutal with the budget until Sunday.

I also got my Tesco vouchers of £11 which means I now have £40 worth:j, am going to spend on a magazine suscription and wine I think.

I have started sorting through my books, I am trying to be ruthless and get rid of anything I will never read again and don't need for reference, have got 2 bags filled so far, so it's starting to look a bit tidier and I will have some space to store things for Christmas.

Need to do my wardrobe next:rolleyes:. I read something on the link CaroleM put in about how most women wear 10% of their clothes 90% of the time, which sounded very familiar:rolleyes: so I am going to aim to throw out 20 items as I hope to lose enough weight to be able to put some of the clothes I have never even worn in there by Christmas. :D

    Hey ladies,

I want to go from 9'1 to 8'7 so count me in!

Can anyone tell me where I sign up to the NSD challenge? Had one today whoop whoop. Also bought a piggy yesterday for change and signed up to Blockbuster through Topcashback to get my £7.50. Getting a bit addicted to all this!

Ladies, I am 5'0 and look like a weeble if I don't keep a lid on it! LOVE food and booze but not buying loads of clothes so the ones I have just need to fit and some of them don't, hence wanting to lose a bit.
