    Hello all:)

Not much to report, life is quite dull at the moment. Am still ebaying and have several things ending at the weekend but can't muster up the energy to get any more listings done for next week. I might have a go tomorrow as I need to get everything gone as soon as I can but it is just very boring.:( it will all be worth it when I have more space and more money though:D

I have managed to make a few extra payments on things and work has been going well so I am pleased about that, am going to take some time off in a couple of weeks as I am quite tired and could do with some lounging around for a bit:D.

Am not sure if I have lost any weight this week as I have been quite lazy and eaten rubbish all week:o but am hoping that I lose 1lb to make my monthly target.

Am still being as frugal as possible and I need to go back to my £20 a week food budget as I have being buying bits and bobs over the last couple of weeks and lost track of where I am, so I will be starting that again from Sunday. I need to be stricter with myself. :)

I need to start posting again more often, am just quite tired in the evenings at the moment. Apart from a brief foray to the Post Office:( I plan to spend the weekend doing some housework, choosing the next few items for ebay and then lounging around reading and eating chocolate. :D

I hope everyone is okay and has lots of good things planned for the weekend:)

    Tracey, what a nasty character!

    Sarahb, you're doing grand!

Watching the Dorothy thing on BBC1. Love it already!

Been to Aldi tonight and bought some stuff. Bit bored of same old food so got some new ideas for this month. Five week month so going for £50 food budget.

Working tomorrow and then planning Chinese and wine as off Sunday. Yippee!

Mum's bday was ace. She loved her pressies and the twins came over so we had a buffet lunch and then steak pie tonight. Mum called tonight and told me how lucky she was! I think we're the lucky ones. She gave me a generous Easter gift today which will buy new uniform and I've paid off my storecard!

Have a good night all X

  • Hello Girls (and any remaining men we haven't collectively scared off ;) )

Well life is fairly pants. but you know am plodding on.

And Butterflies, what a foul little scumbag that "man" was. Where on earth did you find him? put him back under the rock.

Rejoined okcupid and had NO responses at all. Probably because I said I wasn't interested in causual sex!

Any how have a good weekend and Sarah good on you for the e bay listing!

    xxxx
    Nevertheless she persisted.

  • Hi all,

Sarahb try not to feel down, i felt a bit like that the other week but i amazed myself by how much i managed to save. keep at it. I put some of my books on that site green metropolis but they have been there a month and no sales at all. someone said try amazon but I am not sure.

Buffy life may feel bad, but just imagine if we all did not have a place to live, roof over our heads, i have my two cats, my work friends have been far more at keeping in touch than my friends closer to home.
One of my friends from work came to see me (we went out a few months ago) and he brought me a sandwich and lots of chat. we will always be friends and he is dating too which I am happy about. He needs someone on his level, i just did not get him if you know what i mean.

Buffy i am also on okcupid and get silly messages hardly any decent ones. but i was chatting on pof last night and msn to a guy who was into cars like me and we had a good chat, dont fancy him but hes nice to chat to. But you never know.

Well i had my eybrows done this morning £6.50 but they look better now. as for the hair on my chin got some cream and hope it works. also got myself some makeup from boots 3 for 2 on rimmel. So i got prestige mineral powder foundation £9.99, rimmel sunshimmer bronzing powder compact £5.49, rimmel 3 in 1 powder blush £5.99, rimmel colour show off lipstick shade 'tell no one' and parisian nights pack of no 17 mascara nail polish and glitter eyeshadow for £2.50 so got all that including 3 for 2 and 150 points off the parisian nights came to £21.47. so i saved £4.99. I know i did not really want to spend this much but i had ran out of mineral foundation, creams dont work for me as i am fair and my blusher was really old.
I went to thorntons to see if I could get myself a big easter egg for £5 but all the big ones were £10 - i have a capital bonds voucher for £5 to use up.
I went to see my friend wayne and chatted with him and met another mx5 owner there too.
Later i am going to see my ex-mother in law as her hubby has cancer like my dad and when i phoned her this morning she said she had been in tears so am going later to try and cheer her up and give her a hug.

I also bought some veet from superdrug and a facial hair remover cream (superdrugs own) and some new razors for my legs.

Hello lovelies, hope we're all happy & fabulous,

I will be within the next couple of hours as Gordon is coming out to play ;)

Sarah, I am so proud of your ebaying tenacity, you are truly remarkable :D

Will be back later once I've lined my stomach with some yummy soup

    xx
