Frozen some of my scones and left two out for my daughter to try they have cherries in them. Just off to watch kirk and spock in the voyage home (star trek) on film 4 now. yippee love star trek watched all of them and the old series two.

    Oooh, I've just been to M&S too, Souk08 and got a couple of yellow stickered things. Only chips for 50p and two chocolate pud type thingys for £1. Not as good as the haul I got in January, but still a couple of bargains :D My fave item from that shop was 40 cocktail sausage rolls for 50p :rotfl::rotfl:

    :( I have no M&S food shop on my route home and don't work in town - I really miss their food. My purse doesn't though :rotfl::rotfl::rotfl:It's a weekend treat now :)

    Love M&S food, but my bank balance doesn't :( I insist on M&S cheese. If I buy anything else it has to be on offer (or be Percy Pigs :D).

    I love an M&S lemon cheesecake on a weekend....

    [QUOTE=Lula-Hula;

    Have you tried asking over on Old Style for any tips on stain removing products. I'd never used stardrops until a fab MSE er gave me a bottle & it even removed pasta sauce stains from DDs school shirt after a coupel of washes.

    Lula, how do you use it for stain removal? still use normal liquid and rub some on the stain or ???

    My bedding is on the bed now and looks fine, all paler bits are quite small and on the sides so not noticable. It did take 3 washes though:(.

    Yargo, I put a tiny bit on each stain and then used one small squirt of it instead of washing powder in the drawer, I didn't dare use much more as it does tend to foam up. I'm not sure if it is responsible for the paler patches as there are only two tiny ones as compared to about 5 huge dark ones so they may have been caused by the original stains but it is now clean and stain free whereas before some of it was almost black:eek:. I would definitely use it again but I'm sure I read somewhere that you mustn't leave it to soak, you need to whip it straight into the machine. I think it's pretty powerful stuff and I would be worried it would do damage to anything it was left to soak into.

    I do that too:D. It always looks like such a bargain, then I remind myself I could probably get food for the week for £10. :(

    I had a letter this morning from the AA saying they will be renewing my breakdown cover next month for just £160:eek:. Oh no they won't.:mad: I went onto quidco and got the same level of cover from Green Flag for £100 with £30 cashback:j

    My new phone is coming tomorrow and it should have a new SIM in it which I can use to check there is no personal information left on my old phones, one in particular may have some texts that would cause me to die of embarrassment if they were ever seen by anyone else. :o I need to be absolutely certain they are gone before I post the phones off.:o

    I have the welcome packs for both phones so hopefully I can get them sent off tomorrow and start getting some money for them, I just need the music magpie stuff to come so I can get that sorted and I need to register with another recycling company to sell the new phone I am getting. Then all my selling will be done for the month :j
