Careful tho make sure it will play on your DVD (regions?) I couldn't find one to play on mine

    xx

Thanks Buffy, thought I'd seen you mention it before. Saw it on Amazon, it's just been released in the UK so should play OK. I have some vouchers for Amazon so I think I might give it a go (before my MSE days when I had Sky :o used to watch her on Biggest Loser but haven't seen it for a few years now - and can't stand Kate Garraway  when they do the UK one!)

Did you see 'footballers and their cars' on MSN? Roy Keane in a DB9 - the stuff dreams are made of :rotfl::rotfl::rotfl::rotfl:

No, I dont do MSN :o & not a huge a fan of footballers, unless it's Thierry Henry ;) but you all know that my heart belongs to Johnny (& Brandon when Bowski's not about :shhh: )

Actually, I think I'd rather just have the car - except for when it comes to paying for insurance, mot, etc - :D

I was out tonight with an old friend (been friends since we were in guides together ), she lives abroad so don't see her often but she has had an awful year with a really carppy boyfriend who totally put her down all the time and in the end her friends did a mini-intervention cos they were so worried about her (he lied about all sorts of stuff) and I felt bad telling her about my year because 2009 has been pretty good to me.

And it made me realise how much fun I've had this year although things haven't been perfect and I've not achieved some my ambitions for the year (eat healthily :o etc etc).

Personally for me 2006 & 2007 were horrible years, I was in / out of a horrible relationship that was emotionally draining, I was trying to forge a freelance makeup career and getting nowhere, I had big debts, I wasn't earning much, they were really stressful times. Things started to change in 08 and I am feeling really optimistic and positive about 2010. In fact I can't wait for it to come so I can put my plans into action.

I just wanted to post that because I know some of you F Fabulous folk are having a hard time at the moment and I wanted to say that things will get better. At some point you will see the answer and you will have the power to change things (I know I'm sounding slightly American Self Help Crazy but bear with it)

For me, I made one big decision and it changed so much for me and made things a lot better but maybe for other people it is a series of smaller things or maybe something else but I'm feeling so optimistic about 2010 and I'm hoping I can pass some of this onto everyone else!!

(And also in mid-Jan when I start moaning about aching muscles, not wanting to leave the house for another exercise class and craving chocolate and chips you can remind me of all this......)
I've got my own flat :j:j

Now I have to pay the bills

And feed my interiors addiction ;)

If we're talking ideal men, I wouldn't kick Jake Gyllenhaal out of bed :D
Though no one can go back and make a brand new start, anyone can start from now and make a brand new ending

It took me ages to discover he played football. I just thought he was this really good looking model from a car ad!
