I think you who was asking about using Tesco vouchers for OU courses and using other people's vouchers? I think you said your parents were not allowed to give you their vouchers, well I have just had some reward vouchers this morning for a magazine subscription and they just have your surname on and no address or postcode, so, presuming that you have the same surname as your parents you should be able to use theirs too.

Yeah, we've helped each other out like that before but the problem was specific to the OU vouchers, the OU Vouchers come with the clubcard holder's full name & postcode & "Not Transferrable" printed on them.

Luckily I found out from a friend who'd tried it before I made the same mistake but they do make it clear when you try to get them changed for the clubcard tokens online. I don't know it they do the same for snailmail.

Ate a really nice goulash I made in the SC last week

Mmmm, I hadn't thought of doing goulash in the slow cooker. Think I'll have a go at it next week when I'm off work.

Oh it was lovely and very cheap. Got 5 portions from a £3.46 pack of beef and a few veggies. Yum!

    Acreage with water on it

Saved by amazonicon7.gif. I don't check my email very often, so it's lucky I saw it, would have been most annoyed to find out next week when nothing arrived:mad:

    Yay for amazon :D,

I now tend to get all my survey rewards as amazon vouchers as they are done electronically & therefore fairly quick & I have a permanent wish list on there.

It's my first secret santa involvement so have no idea what to expect. I am looking forward to the 'do; though as it will be an opportunity to observe people in a different environment & I am a very curious social scientist type. It will provide a great insight that may help my future plans ;).
