TDQO, sorry to hear you are feeling down, it's the time of year for it reallyicon9.gif. Remember how you felt when you first joined the thread? Remember how much you have achieved since then and think of all the things you are on the road to achieving. :j

I know you miss her but if you think about it, it's the way she made you feel that you miss and she is not the only woman in the world who is ever going to make you feel like that. You can't discount the possibility that you might get back together, you are both young and I presume you do see each other occasionally, so in the meantime you have to make the effort to be upbeat even if you don't feel like it, whch means that she will either see what she is missing, or even better, someone else will see what she is missing and want it for themselves:D

How could you think that if you write something on here and it will be ignored?:naughty: Rant away, we have all had that horrible period of pining after someone and Christmas just magnifies it, so feel free to come on and chat about whatever you want, and as for apologising about your post being me, me, me- have you ever read any of my posts?:o:D .

    Who, who, who ?

I though this thread was all about me me me :D

Wise words as ever from our wonderful leader :T had crossed my mind to say how young you are but didnt want to sound [STRIKE]old[/STRIKE] patronising & sarah has managed to slip that in very nicely without sounding either.

If only I had a large home I would invite all lovely singlies round mine for the festive season for much wine, food & whatever makes us feel good ;).

You're all very lucky that I dont as you would then have to suffer my cooking, singing while pretending ti was great ... just like being with the family :rotfl:

I have worked out that if I can double my payments to the CCs then I will be debt free in a year. This is like saying that if I had wings I could fly .

Ah well, it'll soon be time for Gordon to come out & all will be well in Lulaville again :j.

TDQ - you can be as big & beefy as you like ( ) & still have emotions. That's what makes you human & such a catch for some lucky girl.

You are Fab & dont you forget it :A
    xx
  • sorry it was thoughtless. just feeling it all at the minute. heads rather screwed up through the thoughtless actions of the men around me. really didn't set out to cause offence, just being an idiot.I apologise.

I'm sorry too. Usually I'm thicker skinned than that & on a normal day I'd have re-read my response & deleted it instead of clicking submit.

Unfortuntely I read your post not 10 minutes after bumping into the woman who tried to pass her son off as mine when she'd been shagging an ex behind my back that used to knock her about.

She may well still be with him as she had quite clearly tried (& failed) to hide a swollen cheek under heavy makeup. I was still smarting a bit that several of my exes would rather have blokes that hit them than be with me.

    Sorry again
  • Ah. Bad day for you too then? I had finally given in to the pleas of the father of my child and got back with him a couple of weeks ago. Stayed over at his for the first time last night, and got dumped again by text this morning. Damn fool for believing him again.
Im sorry about your ex, and hope you got it all sorted with the child, theres nothing tears your heart more than kids being involved.
  • Only glad I didnt share the happy news with DD!

Aww, :grouphug: everybody! There's a lot of bluesiness (is that a word?) going round at this time of year. It may be Christmas, we may be single, we may be in debt, but we have each other and shortly after Christmas, there is a New Year starting, a new chapter in our stories that we can write as we wish :A

Though no one can go back and make a brand new start, anyone can start from now and make a brand new ending
  • Gonna get a new kick-!!! hairdo tomorrow that'll make me feel better! And it's the xmas work do sunday may go kiss some totally inappropriate boys under the mistletoe!

Clarabella, hope you are okay, how horrible:mad: I know it's not much comfort but at least you found out relatively quickly. You are far too fabulous to be treated like that.
