everytime u post rubbish why does no one ban this low life from the forum.

got nothing better do with your time?:mad::mad:

Sorry, but what he said was right. The social security system is there to ensure you don't starve to death while looking for work, it should not be there to buy you a property. Why should someone who doesn't work be given what those who do work can't afford?

    Hi.

I have to live here for 5 years then could buy my flat. I don't work but do get DLA. The rent is £240.00 per month. £260.00 per month inc Council Tax.

Do you need to be working full time to buy a house? People tell me I be cheaper paying into a morgage.

I've no idea when it comes to this. Any advice? I'm in Scotland, incase its different.

    thanks

    That is low rent man!

And you have nothing better to do with your time than register a name just to follow me around and attack my posts.

    I'm flattered Tabsy.

every post i see that has anything to do with people buying council houses your always slagging them off saying the discount that council give is taxpayers money.

just because you cant afford a decent house don't mean others cant.

is it because you never got a discount that why maybe you get jealous of other peoples success

I would suggest it is the people who did not get a discount and are paying taxes that pay for the discount. Seems wrong to me.

Oh dear tabsy wabsy, your posts just get sillier and sillier. Still, at least it's better than the death threats you used to PM everyone.

    Point by point:

    1. I post on lots of different subjects and am entitled to my view on the selling off of affordable housing. If you don't like it, tough.

    2. I own my own house after growing up in council housing.

    3. Being given freebies by the taxpayer is hardly success. Any fool can do that if they don't try hard enough.

i am entitled to the 24k discount its not illegal i earned it stayed at the property for 8 years and the amount of rent i paid work it out you numpty.
i deserve the discount you and anybody else cant doing nothing about it.

and next time i see you posting on rtb threads i will run you down again.

how to do you know i dont work i dont trust this goverment anyway they have taken your tax money mp expenses tell them to give the money back.
  • In Scotland not all areas of council housing are included in the "Right to Buy" schemes.. and the rules & regulations can change .. so don't bank on definitely being able to buy at some time in the future...

    eg see this...
    http://www.highland.gov.uk/livinghere/housing/councilhousetenancies/righttobuy/
where the right2buy was suspended for a bit..

    Cheers!

  • Also remember if you are a council tenant it is very very very unlikely you will ever get evicted unless you do unspeakable thinks to the Chief Executive's secretary or the Car-Park attendant.

However, as an owner with a mortgage - if you can't pay, expect to get repossessed. (DLA?? Do you think the Cons will be easy & relaxed about everyone on DLA still getting the same amount of money each month when they come to power??)

    Cheers!
