Daft question - does it do the same when you transfer a picture from your computer onto the phone?

  • yeh it has done before - saved one photo/picture on memory card and phone memory and it did it then - Orange asked me to do that before I got my 2nd replacement handset

Yeah, I wondered if it was a fault with the process of saving the photo, must admit it sounds odd, and without looking at it, I don't know what other suggestions to make i'm afraid.

Surprised really, I was just chatting to our Sony Ericsson rep about the w995 yesterday, and he said return levels of it were much much lower than previous models, we're just waiting for the Satio fun :)

  • yeh i really like the phone its great just annoying that i can't view the photos throughfile manager - easier to sent that way etc
  • just to update - fault still there but given up calling orange as would end up getting a replacement handset every week! If I want to look at photos I just take battery out and switch phone back on - annoying! But isn't affecting the use of the phone so dont think I have a leg to stand on!
