    It sounds a bit daft but have you got your caps lock on / off (whichever's relevant) when you're trying to enter your details? It catches me out sometimes. :o

    the password had to be at least 8 chjaracters long and the username is not your email address.

    it took me a while to remember, and after much trial and error, i was in and accepted :)

    I cant get in either, does the password have to be a combination of letters and numbers ?

    and is it 6 or 8 characters long?

    mine was 6 letters 2 numbers so im not sure but i do tend to use numbers to make the letters up so it may be 8
