    I dont think there was a confirmation email and like you I always use the same. If we are all having trouble makes me think it is at their end.

    I just emailed them my address explaining the problem - I replied to the newsletter email - it didn't get bounced back or anything so I'm assuming they got it.

    And yep this should be moved to the 'freebies gone' board it's confusing the newbies.

    Yes unfortunately it is tested on animals. Its made by Proctor and Gamble, who sadly, are one of the biggest animal testers out there :(
