I had the same problem as a few of you guys in that I didnt remember what username and password I had registered with. If you still have the original email from when you registered with them, they emailed you the username and password then. I just searched my old email for pantene and found them.

I'm really sorry to hear that you have had such a awful experience with pantene and I really hope that my hair doesnt rot considering I've used it for a number of years, not all the time but certainly enough to know if there was a problem, I am by no means defending pantene but I've never had a problem with the product personally and to be honest with you I've had a number of small issues with hair products like Umberto Giannini, herbal essence and timotei, of which most of these products left my scalp itchy and flaky as hell, not to mention the condition of my hair was terrible. I do think that certain products effect people in different ways and just because someone has had a bad experience with it doesnt necessarily makes it a Cr*p product and that everyone should avoid it. But if you have used something and it doesnt work for you fair enough but it does not mean it wont work for the next person. I do however realise we are all entitled to our own opinions but I do think we should not judge something based on someone else's opinion. that offcourse is just my opinion!

Thankfully I haven't had any bad experiences with it, I've never used the stuff.
I was only pointing out the facts about what it does to the hair, not my opinion.
I notice both mine and the other posters posts regarding that have been deleted though, so I'll button my lip and move on ;)
Just because you are offended, doesn't mean you are right

That's exactly what I did! Remember that your username is NOT your email address, and your password can be JUST letters, or just numbers, it does not have to be a combination of both! Thought I'd try & help out, as I was ages trying to remember too! :rotfl:

I couldn't remember my details either so sent them an email ... got a reply saying click on the "Forgotten username/password button" on the login page, ... except there isn't one  Finally found it after trawling through my deleted emails; if you can sort them alphabetically the original came from info@yourpantenechallenge . Hope this helps ;):D

same here caps lock was on and off and also have tried all my usual ones. I know you are not meant to use the same ones but I find it easier to recall for these things. perhaps a server recognition error. I have emailed them

pantene only seem to pick ppl who say they will rave over their products. I had a friend who did some market research for them and when she said it was not for her they sent her home..kinda odd that they are only interested in good feedback and not from people who have had negative experiences with their products. all feedback is useful in some way surely?
