I can imagine how frustrating it is for you, I am also waiting for some that are overdue, going to give them another week then off to the FOS if we hear nothing.;)

! WE DID IT !

think me ringing them made them send a letter out

my oh got a letter saying that they dont really think they were at fault, but they will offer a goodwill gesture...of ....(at this point my OH was thinking they were going to say £50).....just under £900 yey this is basically what he paid in insurance but not anything extra


sooo happy hes really impressed with me and going to take me out for meal
