good. the problem with paypal is you sometimes have to keep on there back to make sure they adhere to there own rules. It can be bloody frustrating

Just google UK financial ombudsman and the details will be there you can ring them and give tne detils they will then begin a claim by writing to you and paypal.

Hello,just got an email from paypal. Thay have granted me a refund as the item was never returned by the buyer. Obviously I am pleased and hope thats the end of it Thanks for all the advice/opinions left.
