DOG POISONING. this is for real.
A friend who works in the vet hospital has just published this on the BFA discussion board:
A serious warning has come to my attention through my work (vet hospital)
There are dogs being poisoned with strychnine laced sausage, in and around the Strines Moor area, north of Sheffield. the area is popular with dog walkers.
If you know anyone who walks there dogs there, please warn them. There are notices going up.
The following is a link to a map of the area
http://www.ctc-maps.org.uk/routes/route/631/mapLive for today, for tomorrow is promised to no-one.

If half of us had the money to 'support independant businesses', we probably would. The fact is, we are here to save money as we don't have much of it. Not because we like to screw money out of tesco for no reason, or commit 'fraud' asd it has been suggested. We want to support ourselves and our families and tesco has been the most cost-effective (up until yesterday) way of doing it.
Something tells me that you suffer no such problems with your independant businesses.
well said, :tLive for today, for tomorrow is promised to no-one.
