    Fri-Take-Away with friends (Dutch)

Is that a take-away with Dutch friends, PP, or Dutch food? If it's the food I'd be intrigued to know what you're having - I don't know what Dutch food is like and I'm hopelessly curious about such things! :D:o

Hi everyone, I haven't posted a meal plan before, as we often fall off the wagon, so hoping if its all in black and white on here it might make sure I stick to it :o

F-oxtail stew with potato, rosemary and onion gratin, with kale
Sa-Lightly smoked salmon, brocolli, sweetcorn and leek pie
Su-Burgers, with corn on the cob and wedges
    M-Porcini and pancetta risotto
Tu-Chicken stew with mash and cabbage
W-moussaka and salad (and rice if we really hungry!)
Th-Beef, brocolli and pak choi noodle soup
Fr-pasta with sausages, mustard and cream (inspired by nigel :D) and probably some greens in there too as i love cabbage with mustard and cream, may not work but hey its good for me

I said I wasn't going to post this week as I'm off on holiday on Monday, but I've had to do a change of plan for the three days I am here:

Tonight - pasta with bacon, pesto and courgettes (it was supposed to macaroni cheese with veg but I forgot I needed the cheese for the sauce and ate it in a sandwich for lunch a couple of days ago :o)
Tomorrow - pizza and salad at home, as the friend I was supposed to be going out with for her birthday has decided she "doesn't fancy a night out after all". (Sorry for the sarcasm, but she's one of those people who is always cancelling arrangements at the last minute, then complains she never gets to go out anywhere!)
Sunday - steak with jacket potato and roast tomatoes (if the ones on the plant are ripe by then - they're nearly there!)

Damn, I'm hungry now, and it's still ages until lunchtime. :(
Back after a very long break!

Hi everyone. This week snacks and puds can be fresh or dried fruit, cheese (got a lovely range of local stuff in to try:j) crackers, breadsticks, digestives, popcorn, yoghurt, ice cream or semolina (last 3 just for puds obviously ;) )

Baby will be having avocado, banana, pear, ground rice or whatever veg we are having at lunch/dinner - she is loving her food and would demolish an entire banana if I wasn't worried about her tiny little tum holding it all!

I haven't decided whether to make muesli or granola later so have just put cereal. I also plan on trying to find time to make some sorbet with the fruity tea bags I'm not keen on as a drink - they are a bit too intense and sweet just for drinking but think the flavour will work well as a sorbet.

    SATURDAY
B: HM cereal, organic yoghurt, maple syrup and grated apple. Toast.
L: Organic chicken salad sandwich, nuts and grapes
D: Black bean burritos with salad

    SUNDAY

L: Tuna and sweetcorn mayo pitta with salad. Pear.

    TUESDAY
B: Branflakes with sunflower seeds, almonds, raisins and sultanas. Banana
L: Vegetable and bean soup with bread and organic butter.
D: Fish pie with potatoes, broccoli and sweetcorn. Organic yoghurt.

    WEDNESDAY

L: Organic chicken and avocado wrap with strawberry and baby leaf salad.
D: Keema with brown rice and salad.

    THURSDAY
B: Branflakes with sunflower seeds, almonds, raisins and sultanas. Banana
