Thanks Becky - I was pleased with it as it felt quite comfortable. Wouldn't have wanted to try another mile at that pace though.
It's nice to see that krider is back on form and sallyx popped into to say 'hello'.
Re. the sorbothanes. I bought a couple of new pairs a few weeks ago and they are different to the ones I bought originally. I've found that they don't feel quite the same - not as cushioned.

Be careful with those lampposts and bollards jumping out and grazing you....it always seems to happen when running fuelled on alcohol.
Its as if they see you coming and jump out on you at the last minute, naughty street furniture....:p
