Would you like to explain this 1 Graham?
Please tell me what I have to be jealous about? No seriously what?
Im 26, have a gorgeous wife and child, a 4bed detached home worth around £250k, a £55k income, £60k worth of cars on the drive, a whole load of sociable friends, foreign holidays, massive family bladdy bladdy blah. Its all material i suppose, but I am only 26, and lived like this for a good few years now so why would i be jealous of someone older than me living with parents with nothing but part of a house deposit? Are you being serious?
Yes I am being serious.
Why did you feel the need to tell me how much your house is worth, that its detahced, how many cars you have on the drive and their worth, what your income is etc?
That's nothing to do with berating someone else for living with their parents through choice.
That was just a bit vulgar.0 -

Sorry, i thought it was a willy waving contest. Sure seemed like that to me anyway
Bendix is obviously loaded and Skaps not doing too bad either. I wouldnt be able to save £52k in 2yrs wth £5kpm coming in, not a chance, so pointed out its good going. Its just i have an opinion about living with folks that caused a stir.0 -

Maybe a slight jealousy of people who have a sense of modesty and restraint?
Anyway, I thought you were spending the evening wandering around naked rather than on here?0 -

Theres a difference between saying "I want house prices to go up" and Hamish saying "WOOP! House prices up, brilliant news for everyone, they will double in 3 years, you will never buy, haha".
yeah hamish might say house prices are going up WOOP!! and obviously you dont like that, but i dont see you getting on the back of people who are going WOOP!! house prices are falling?
Bottom line if house prices go up there are losers as people can not get on the ladder, likewise if house prices go down people can lose their homes due to negative equity.
the difference here is you call Hamish a !!!!!, but the people who are doing the same thing as hamish but have a opinion you would like to happen are nice?
very fickle0 -
Its been a while my friend, you joining in with the banter too?
What reasons do you have to wave your willy about?
P.S.. i think you'll probably go into hiding tomorrow when Nationwide stats are out wont you;)
I am no longer permitted to wave my willy in any public place during the tourist months.
I can't read the yellow writing.0 -
