Moorcroft representative calling

Just a quick update, no representative has called round yet but I have recieved a letter from moorcroft thanking me for my payments to united utilities but stating that from now on I have to make my payments direct to moorcroft either by phone, post or by logging on to their website! :rolleyes:

I don't understand why UU would want to go via a 3rd party and pay them commission... I'd just do a quick check with the UU accounts team, and check!

Well I called United Utilities and got the most snootiest customer service person available:rolleyes: 'Fiona' simply stated that my account was now in the hands of Moorcroft as I had defaulted on my payments and any further enquiries were to be sent to Moorcroft! That told me!!!

doesnt matter if you have an open door or not, they are not bailiffs and therefroe do not have authority of the court to enter and take goods. If you let them on once, doent mean they can enter anytime, thats only for bailffs.
