I used to defend Tescum against all their critics, but after two personal examples of very bad customer service I am now more critical. I used coupons as they brought Tescums high prices down to a reasonable level.

The article itself doesnt mention MSE, but we all know it was because of the mention on GMTV.
Conditional spend coupons from other supermarkets (Spend £50 get £5 off) are still accepted, one per transaction.0
