I used to live on Anglesey and we used to take visitors to Butterfly Palace near Menai Bridge, there's llanfairpwllgwyngyllgogerychwyndrobwllantysiliogogogo! (apologies if I've spelt this wrong, my Welsh is rusty!) which is a nice place to visit - if a little small!
In my opinion the best beaches are also on Anglesey, and Beaumaris is a nice place to visit. Ooh and not forgetting my favourite castle in Wales - Caernarfon - lovely.0 -

I second this ~ my ex used to be on e of the guides and it is the best fun and it doesn't matter what the weather is like!
Whitewater Rafting
Kayaking as well if you are interested.“I tell you, we are here on Earth to fart around, and don't let anybody tell you different.”

If you decide to go to Portmerion then have lunch at Castle ???? hotel nearby and you get free entry into Portmerion.
Its not the hotel in the Portmerion grounds.
