I appreciate what your saying and that your only trying to help, however i think decisions like this should be joint. It is not my money it is our money and i am making no exageration when i say i havent seen or spoken to OH in days because of the long hours he has been working.

I think you and your OH need a holiday Flower! (Calling all £9 Travelodge rooms?)
Has your OH got this weekend off? If he is, you should pack a little picnic and set off early (I say early so no one from his work pops around at 8 to call him into work!) and go to the seaside or something! The picnic will mean dinner won't cost you anything, a stroll on the beach is free and it'll give you time to talk. Just need petrol money really!! (and maybe £5 for the arcades )

He's got Friday and Saturday off, but im at work on Friday. Saturday we were thinking of doing something similar to your idea. Somewhere we used to go alot when we first got together was about a two mile walk around the woods and when you get half way round theres a lovely little log cabin thats a cafe - does a lovely hot chocolate, and very cheap aswell!

We used to take his mum and dads dog, but the dog is really old now and cant walk that far, so just us then!

That sounds a lot better than the seaside! Should give you time to talk and sort things out. And as my Mum says 'Fresh air will do you good'

Not feeling blue anymore, OH is working nearby tomorrow so I'll be able to see him tonight. Yay!

Ahh thats good. Will he be staying at yours tonight then?

OH isnt due home again tonight until 12 going to ring my best friend who i went to uni with though tonight - she can listen to me moaning and feeling sorry for myself :rotfl:

Yep, feels like ages since I saw him but it was just 2 days ago! It's weird having his clothes in my wardrobe when he isn't here though. But it's making all my clothes smell like him so I'm soppily not complaining

That is quite soppy but i dont blame you!! Lastnight i fell asleep holding onto a teddy that OH got me when we first got together 4 years ago. People keep asking how i can miss him when i live with him, but i really do feel like i havent seen him in ages. Im going to sounds really soppy here but i miss sitting down and eating dinner with him, watching tv with, going to bed and being able to have a cuddle, i even miss him tickling me until i cant breathe!!

There is a very very very small light at the end of the tunnell. But we're talking at least until christmas and theres also a small possibility that the hours may increase even more.

Aw no Flower - I know what you mean! When I know I'm not going to be seeing OH for ages I make him leave a hoody or tshirt at my house to wear/sleep in

Well it's my thread and I'm fine with you venting - if other people don't like it they can go somewhere else We all need a good vent everynow and then, or at least I know I do!

But his hours might increase?! Is that actually humanly possible?! Poor lad will be run into the ground! Hopefully it wont come to that though, that's insane!
