Just a thought - have you tried anchoring within googledocs - look under tools - frozen rows, frozen columns

Pam did the frozen bit on google spreadsheet as well as the upload from my computer - still not doing it....BAH They are frozen on my screen shot prior to the posting of the link then when I look at the link they aren't!!!
I can see you have your sheet frozen on row one and column 1 fine it doesn't move - perhaps its the size of the file I am using? searching through google spreadsheet help q and a but not getting very far

That seems to work - Pam problem was not using SHARE but using PUBLISH as Kathy wanted it on her blog - found the answer on line
so think that's all I can do for now

Gone through the pages to see what you were on aboot and it `s worse than a knitting pattern to a non techno like me. However I have tried your link (version two) and I get a page with everyones names down the side and scroll across and see all the totals. Is that what you wanted to know ??
