You never know if it's catching through cyberspace, if a computer can get a virus that way.........
Just looked through your links, some good ones bookmarked, thanks.

Old Irish Blessing for you all
May the road rise up to meet you.
May the wind always be at your back.
May the sun shine warm upon your face,
and rains fall soft upon your fields.
And until we meet again,
May God hold you in the palm of His hand.
No I am not Irish but just love the words

Jean - lovely words; simple but meaningful. Thanks for sharing.
Well, I went back to bed with a cuppa at around 6-ish and have only just got back up! I hate waking up this late but at least I've caught up on lost sleep. Cyberspace insomnia, eh?
Maytaurus - I love the links. I printed off the Crochet Baby Hi-Tops (like sweet little trainers) and tried to go back to it to link it to here - the yarn used is Moda Dea 'Cherish' using UK 4mm hook. I shall find out what the equivalent is and give them a go. There are some lovely patterns there, one is for a crochet blanket that looks difficult but is labelled 'easy' (can't seem to get back on to any of the individual patterns now - will try later so that I can put a link on here). Anyway, thanks for posting the links. I'd better do some housework next, then I'll stroll through the rest of the patterns. It might be a good idea if I got dressed, too, although it's cool, damp and foggy-ish here today and my fleecy dressing gown is really warm (and I'm loving my new slippers!). I hadn't realised how worn out my old ones were.
ISOM - hope your gorgeous little puss has had a good first night in her new home!
Anyway, will call in later. Have a great day, everyone.

Kinsey - that's a fantastic link, thanks so much for posting it. There are some great free patterns on there, too. Now that will be even less housew**k done today!

morning all...well had a sleepless night but will also snooze later. Having a quiet day settlig Isoke in - name hard to remember so now have it-is-ok as an aide memoir!! She is grogeous, happy, playful and a definate cuddle bunny so 100% right choice. Will have to see with the other resident and time will tell. I dont want to give notice as feel she is here for a reason but also dont know how she will cope when Isoke leaves the confines of my bedroom...in fairness she is genuinely scared of her so have some sympathy but really wish she had told me...she says its because shes so tiny and looks like a rat which she is terrified of...time will tell. I do know that cat is not leaving!
Going to have a quiet day - no housework or chores to do! Friends for storecup supper and a snooze this pm plus reading book...not quite the same now shes told me the ending but a lovely read despite that! Will also do some knitting!Nerd no 109 Long haulers supporters DFW #1! Even in the darkest moments, love and hope are always possible.0 -
ISOM - no kitten that gorgeous could ever look like a rat and, as a bonus, she will make sure that no rats or mice take up residence anyway! Your lodger may feel safer once Isoke has grown a bit. I'm glad she is settling in well with you.
