Surely it would get more puffy if you give it a good shake and air??

It's not going to look as flouncy as in the pic because it's been packaged up for so long.

and ofcourse - i would pay £20 cheaper for the same product as would anyone!

Its hung up blowing about as we speak!!!
Same with anything - needs a good airing!!

Hi Lydia. In all fairness to Missk, I did suggest she go for the 128 as the original one she was looking at (185) is HUGE. It should have been more than suitable for her style of dress, however, if she really wanted it to be big and puffy, aka jordan style, then she could have ignored my advice and opted for the 185. I feel kind of responsible that the petti isn't suitable for her gown.
Missk, have you tried puffing it out? Blast underneath with a hairdryer to really seperate the layers. How many layers of the tiered net are there? At the end of the day, if the description of the petticoat is wrong, they have mis sold a product and you are entitled to a refund, underwear or not!

Your advice was taken as a trusted MSE member, professional and having recieved sound advice from you on several occasions!!!

The petti is currently on the washing line (securly) blowing about.
I did wonder if giving the layers a steam would give it a boost? seperating the layers??

the petti has got 4 layers of net along with the 2 layers of shaped net.

If it has 4 layers and not 6 as described, it is mis sold and you are entitled to a refund.
As princess sparkle are the company you have the contract with, they are obliged to refund you, and edit the description of the product they are selling. If they lifted it straight from the Jupon website, it is their job to then take the matter to the manufacturer. Good on you for counting the layers.

MissK, can you take some pics of the petti and forward them to Anne to show her it's not the same as it was described on the site?

If it is the wrong one, then like Linda says, you should be entitled to a refund.


Oh and i'd point out to Anne that it was received yesterday, as I think she thinks you got it this morning and have had it checked out between then and emailing her.

Thank you for your email.
I fully understand the returns basis for under garments and accept those accordingly. However, the petticoat I ordered from you in good faith was sold to me as a 6 layer tiered petticoat with an additional 2 layers of shaped net as per your website.
On inspection, the garment has 4 layers of tiered net with 2 layers of shaped net, therefore I have not received the product described or paid for.
Therefore I feel I am entitled to a refund or exchange to the described item on your website. I am happy to return the item I am in receipt of in return for a full refund.
If this is due to a manufacturere (sp) error, it may be adviseable to take this matter up with Jupon direct.
