All is fine here except for the fact that I am getting copies of emails I sent in 2008?
Also, the new Virgin webmail page appears to have hidden my spam folder and I can't find it anywhere, it used to be an option on the LH margin. I need to find my spam folder as about 1/3rd of my emails end up in there even though the addresses are actually in my 'ok' to receive folder.
It's driving me crackers, it must be obvious as the help pages suggest checking the spam folders regularly, but I just can't see where to find it. After being told we would get a call back today from an engineer , we had one turn up at the door he knew our problem straight away it was an old silver moden and we had to have a new black one with an ethernet cable. so the speed is right up there now .0
