Anyone using virgin broadband experiencing problems today?
I have no downloadable email, I can't access web mail at all and my general browsing is slow.
I've checked the status page but as usual it shows no issues , but then when my area had a 3 day blackout last year they still didn't report that as an issue.
If others are having problems I'll hold off phoning them up and having a moan.

I'm working away today so luckily I don't need it, but it is frustrating as I run a small business from home as well and keeping tabs on what is going on without access to my main emails is blooming irritating.

Hello, sorry to hear about your problems, this sounds all too familiar to me!
I used to have virgin up to about two years ago, loved their tv but got fed up with their internet as it was down very ofter. I went over to sky and never had a problem.
I'm now leaving sky because I don't want their tv, and you can't have internet and phone only, and was considering virgin again, but after reading this I'm not sure it would be a good idea.
Is this a one off problem, or would you say it's recurring? Would I be better off not bothering with them?
