question do I need a tv licence

So if the OP _wanted_ to watch this live cricket he managed to find (or any other live TV broadcast through his PC) then he would need a licence.you need a licence to watch programmes as they're being broadcast no matter what receiving device you're using
But I guess what we're saying is that just because his PC is capable of doing this doesn't mean he needs a licence - only if he was using it to do it.0 -

Lol if you accidentally click on something live you don't need to quickly click off. It is unlikely the government will burst through the door with bats.
