Need best O2 contract and phone deal

I am currently looking for the same thing, after a lot of research I am only going to watch two retailers for this type of deal, they are CPW and MOBILESHOP.
Both of which have had good reports, given me good pre sales support, and their websites seem to have concise information about their cash back deals. I am using http://www.!!!!!!!!!!!!!!!!!!!!!/index.asp?manufacturer=999&minutes=&texts=&network=&retailer=12 and http://www.!!!!!!!!!!!!!!!!!!!!!/index.asp?manufacturer=999&minutes=&texts=&network=&retailer=0 to watch out for their deals.
Did originally look at Mobile Rainbow, but after bad feedback and waiting 7 days to a question given them a miss.
