Need best O2 contract and phone deal

I am looking for the best 12 month (O2 contract) + (flip top or slide open)x(nokia or samsung) cashback deal available. I need about 150 to 200 x network minutes.
I hope I have given enough info about my needs as the best I can find still requires 3 months of full payment.

There are loads of free deals out there on o2 200 & a few on o2 250. The only one to match your exact requirement seems to be Nokia 2650 on o2 250 with mobile rainbow (check out the feedback before taking up the offer or try CPW's price match).

There's a handful more that meet your requirements but, as with mobilerainbow, they are not retailers I recommend.

That is something I may have to consider as I had already rejected getting something from those retailers(including mobilerainbow). I don't trust any redemtion scheme completely but I reckon I would have more chance of my claim being honoured if I used mobileshop or cpw. Only problem is that it costs more but maybe there is a reason for that.

Sadly I am boycotting motorola as they are i.m.o. either dishonest or their phones are very fragile. I had a V220 which stopped working after less than a month and was told by motorola that there was liquid damage. This is despite my phone never coming into contact with water, sweat, humid atmosphere etc. I know that this goes on with other manufacturers as well but this is my only experience of it hence no motorolas for me(that razr would have been ideal for me otherwise).

Does anyone know any good upgrade deals on the Nokia N91 with 02 200 for example, they told me to ring back on Monday 22nd May when they expect to have it available they have no prices yet but I would like the best deal available atm to get them to match or beat it

They offered me a Nokia N70 for free with O2 200 mins 100 txts for £15 a month after I asked to leave

Nokia N91 is on 02 website at £149.99 not bad if you had to add 4Gb of memory I suppose
