So who would be responsible for your mis selling Marshallka?

Edit to say: or was it never about mis selling and only about rebate?

Bespoke Finance and totally not within any jurisdiction of FOS as abroad and different rules. I first complained in April 2008 and tried to make FP responsible and then its been ongoing and now my final complaint is the rebate issue again the insurer and I will win (wishful thinking). Not a lot I admit but its what I am due....a rebate complaint takes into account the unused part of the PPI (without PPI interest) and they can then pro rata at 78% of this. They are entitled to take away 22% which is seen as fair. It a few quid but not a lot.Just what I entitled to. Nothing more and nothing less.

You have to remember that my loan was taken with a sub prime lender in Jan 2000, no rules and not even the FSMA was in force. A very difficult one.

Is that the Gibraltor one? They should just be made to pay back all theirs because there whole set up was wrong?

I would write to the FSA and see if they are really serious about this then what about Bespoke? That name popped up a lot.

Been there pinknico. I did it all correct. ;) You just have to hope singlep comes back on when a Bespoker comes along. He knew a lot about them. Its all been through all the right channels. I cannot do any more there. I try to help on here as much as I am able.

Maybe people will get their money back through the FOS but doubt it as Freedom Finance were not regulated either even if they were to make Freedom responsible. I think the courts are the only options there TBH. Didn't tiggrae have a few that she was hoping to be able to make FP responsible for but then troness posted on here that section 75 does not apply to broker/lender/insurer. Like I say, I help all i can but its most likely the courts.

I am just happy with the rebate complaint. FOS asked if I wanted them to go the insurer for misselling as that is what they are now doing with unregulated brokers/lenders. Its not within jurisdiction though yet so I am happy with my rebate complaint. That again still has "issues" but hopefully will get something back.
