Just keep on checking diaries out for motivation. You can do it if you want to, just take tiny steps.

  • Hi Badpenny

It's a nightmare when you get tired and can't muster the energy to do a thing! These dark mornings/nights don't help much but it won't be long before the lighter evenings are with us.

Keep focussed and don't beat yourself up - you'll get there

  • I,m having a major motivational crisis. Everything has just gone to pot. Nothing is changing, nothing is happening. All and I mean all of my good habits have gone out of the window. My spending is out of controll, shop bought coffees sometimes twice even three times a day, burger king 2-3 times per week for lunch, still not given up the fags. even missed a payment on my credit card and united utilities owe me £48 and i can't be bothered chasing it up dont even come on here much any more. HELP:(. GIVE ME A KICK UP THE xXXXX PLEASE. DONT BE NICE TO ME BE HARSH I NEED IT.

    thanks.

Hi, sorry you are having a bit of a crisis, it happens, don't beat yourself up, but you DO need to get control back. Your life is controlling you at the moment, not the other way around.

Only obvious things I can say is
Take your lunch with you, and don't take enough money for burger king. Are there no tea and coffee facilities in work?
Don't take cards so you can't pay on them.
If you can't completely give up cigarettes, either try to cut down or get proper help in quitting. Thats if you really want to quit of course.
Make yourself a list of what you want to achieve rather than making it a chore.

Keep coming on here for the necessary kick.

  • Thanks! Have just read through my diary, I definatly try and do too much all at once and I am great for a couple of days but then it becomes impossible to maintain and I crash, then go totally of the rails for a bit, spend loads to make myself feel better, smoke, eat and drink too much to make myself feel better but don't, feel worse, mope about for a few weeks and feel like everyone is against me and then have another LMB and start all over again (for a few weeks) and then repeat the above cycle aprox 10 times a year. No wonder I am exhausted!

What shall I do...... I am obviously giving myself too much at once too cope with. why cant I just be the person I want to be.....

    A non-smoker
Have the correct bmi for MY height.
Regular gym go-er and enjoys it.
    eats a balenced healthy diet
has energy and is in a good mood most of the time
    lives within her means.

It dosn't seem too much to ask from myself.

    What shall I tackle first?
