I have completely let things slide in this area recently, and we are looking to improve and get back on track. So please put us down for £200 this month, as we now are buying formula and nappies for our new little one as well (8wks). I hope we can get back into better habits. I'm still meal planning and trying to stick to it religiously although there is an occasional stray. I think I am going to look up some new recipes to use so we don't feel like we're doing the same thing over and over.MSE mum of DS(7), and DS(4) (and 2 adult DCs as well!)DFW Long haul supporters No 210:snow_grin Christmas 2013 is coming soon!!! :xmastree:0

*GULP* first post :hello:
Can you please put me down for £100? To run from 1st October to 31st.
I had a look at my bank statement for September and apparently I spent £110 in supermarkets. On balance there were some non-grocery items in my supermarket shopping, but there were other bits and pieces elsewhere, like a loaf of bread when I filled up with fuel and bought lunches on the rare occasion.
I should be able to easily manage on a starting budget of £100, providing I am strong with myself, and don't give in. I'm pretty stocked up, as much as I can be with only 1 shelf in the fridge and freezer and a small kitchen cupboard to useI wanna be a saver, not a spender but first...
