    i've decided not to count my church contribution as a spend so add yesterday to today's NSD and i'm up to 3.

    although i am about to look at play.com to order some DVD's for DD and DH's birthday's but i plan to wait til after midnight before paying for anything so i don't ruin today's NSD (i'm really sad)

  • I've woken up to NO coffee and NO milk :eek: and I need some basic ingredients to make dinner tonight, so no NSD for me today.


    Will probably run out of petrol and need to fill up anyway :rolleyes:

    :naughty: NO-ONE fails on this challenge..any NSD is an achievement so don't you forget that. The spending diary works very well for me, cuz I always forget the packet of chewie from the newsagents or the dog treats from the petshop, cuz they don't always give receipts. I've also started to list the products I buy on a spreadsheet & it's amazing the difference in cost--eg narners in a fruit shop were £1:30 a kilo MORE than MrT! If you come across any of cw18 posts, her accounting is truly a thing of beauty, particularly on the 4K Challenge.

    Then you're not alone :D I have eaten dry cereal before now, just to make sure there's enough milk left till tomorrow & a day I KNOW I shall be spending anyways :rotfl:Mind you, :rolleyes: it was a sugar-coated something & we usually eat it like popcorn anyhooz.

    We really enjoyed doing it last week, and was chuffed to spend £4.76 only in a week!!

    We are aiming for 10 this month but it may get extended to 15 so far 3 day have been NSD!!!

    I have just started a spreadsheet and keep a diary (and have discovered why i have no money - food)!

    What do you put on your spreadsheet any advice on layout/set up would be great

    (Sorry its abit off topic- might help my NSD's though x)
