    Absolutely.

Positive vibes for Triker's friend, and Mudbath's DS.

Very gentle hugs for toots, not nice for you. I hope you feel better over the next few days.

Performance management today seemed to go quite smoothly, although a lot less organised and formal that I was expecting...I now have a short list of targets to meet over the next year.

    Wednesday's Main Bedroom Done!!:D:D:D

I'll do the bathroom tomorrow. Doubt if the kids will do their rooms...

ah Serena - feel free to ignore me BUT you should NOT have had to go in especially for your PM! It should have been scheduled for a contracted working day

(says she who should only attend 3/5 staff meetings BUT...)
and we will leave INSET out of that discussion - emotional blackmail, I get!

I really am cream crackered this evening. I barely avoided nodding off, face down, in my dinner. All this uncommon physical stuff scrubbing floorboards is taking its toll!

I shall away to my bed at 10 I think. Night night all, sleep tight - mind the bugs don't bite...

I have been to the doctor and have my ADs again and a referral for counselling :o He also poked and prodded my arm (grrrr!!) and I have an inflammation where the plate is screwed on - so I have huge anti-inflammatory tablets too in the hope this will sort it. If not, it may be back to physio and / or back to the hospital!! Amazing how I was originally told it'd be sorted in 6 to 8 weeks  Still it's only been 17 months!!!!!

How about an evening out in Oxford occasionally? It might make you feel a bit better about it.

Unfortunatly I can't do that as I get the earliest bus possible after the school run which gets me into Oxford at 4.30 and then I have to b able to get bk home in time to get the 2 little 1s into bed so I normally get straight bk on the bus I went on

Anyway as I said earlier I wouldnt get anything done when I get in, DD1 is with her Dad til Sunday so I aim to attack her bedroom tomorrow if 2 little 1's let me. Also wanna get some washing done try and keep up with that if I can.

Right almost time for bed! All this FLYing is making me tired!!

  • .... and for the cooks amongst us, donkey makes great salami :D

    Ewwww

This ties in with what I've been doing at Uni this week. Food culture and why we eat what we eat, taboos etc. I don't think I could eat horse. My lecturer served it up at a dinner party, passed it off as beef and then told them it was horse afterwards. His guests weren't v pleased  He couldn't understand why lol. I just don't think I could eat Dobbin or Bambi's Mum for that matter. I know it's stupid but I can't help myself

LL - please keep posting luv. I don't always get a chance to get onto FB. And anyway, not everyone is on FB (((hugs))) Thanks for keeping us up to date with Mudder's DS.

    :A positive vibes for Triker's friend :A

I've forgot everything else :o Sorry

I take it you mean nightwear for when I'm there... not on the plane . Flying from gatwick is a pain as it is further away and I have to deal with airport parking. Heathrow is 15 minutes from the office, so I can park there and get a taxi which is much less hassle!

Hope you and your arm get better soon.
