I am having a chilled out fly session at the mo. I am watching tv and trying to do some of the easy quiet things, then when the adverts start I am hoovering and doing the noisy things. I should be able to do everything else like this apart from the bathroom tiles, I will have a HHC for those later.

Hope everyone is OK - will catch up thread in a mo. Really pleased with flying done today. I emptied everything out of both bathrooms so that I could give the tiles a really good polish - couldn't reach the ones over the bath so used the feather duster! I only put back what I really needed so no more faded candles, part empty bottles of bleach, manky toiletries. Took ages but just can't get over the difference! So sparkly! This happened because when I was in the bath last night I decided that perhaps there are some things visitors using the facilities really don't need to know about me!!

Why did I have 5 dressing gowns hanging on the bathroom door - none of which I'd want to be seen in? Guess a new one will have to go on list to Santa!

So four stars for me again this week please Toots - must be Room of Doom tomorrow I guess.

Did this with alcohol handwash and a j cloth. It was disgusting.

Have discovered that you cannot use cheap hair conditioner in place of fabric conditioner.

Any ideas how to get it out of the powder drawer????
Please do not confuse me with other gratefulsforhelp. x
  • Hi all.
Zara - Thats good news! What a relief!
Eltee12 - oooh, do those alarmy things really work? I am rubbish in the mornings at the best of times, and absolutely hate dark mornings.. wondering now whether one of those would be worth a try

I'm definately feeling much better today some some of the concoction of meds seems to have worked. I've had a tidy round the lounge today, been to the post office, done the dishes & made some bread rolls..better find the proper lists soon i guess. Its amazing how quickly the day passes when you're at home, at work it drags on for what feels like days!!
