    :hello: Inky......always welcome here.

Spud, how did Blackpool go. It sounds like you are coming down with what I had...I resorted to co-codomol for a couple of days to keep the aches away from my bones.

My legs still feel like death from two days of exercise...

Aww it was lovely. Just as we were driving through, the World Fireworks Championships started right beside us on North Pier. The traffic stopped, so we got a fab view of the most amazing fireworks we've ever seen. Nice of em to go to all that trouble, just for our anniversary ehh :D;)

Right, co-codamol. Will try them later.

Pooky - that is something to keep an eye on. I have no feeling below the knee in my left leg, right down to my toes because of my spinal cord being damaged and once it happens, if it isn't sorted within a few days, it's permanent. My brain and lower leg don't communicate sometimes, although it's not as often now, but it isn't something I'm going to get back, if you notice any kind of 'drop' in his foot, pins and needles under the soul of the foot - get him seen immediately.

We told the GP last week, hence a referal to the neurosurgical team at Kings, appointments seem rarer than hens teeth tho so we're playing the waiting game. So annoying because it's all fixable with an op...got a private orthapedic appointment next week so fingers crossed they'll be able to make the referal private and speed it up a bit.

In other news just had a happy half hour with DD1, having a duvet fight...so lovely to see her acting and giggling like a 4 year old instead of the grumpy teenager she is :D

Just been looking at the slanket from last nights chat. I want one, or maybe those footed pyjamas Bunny found yonks ago :D
