I've painted my bedroom ceiling. Somehow those 5 words don't seem to convey just how horrible painting ceilings is!!

I've done the first coat on another of the walls too. Two more coats on that tomorrow, and my bedroom will be half done. Just want it finished now but I know it's going to take a few more weeks. As long as it's done by the end of the 2 week challenge, I'll be happy.

Tired now - have made the kids nachos and popcorn, shut the curtains and plonked them both in front of Hotel for Dogs. Cheap version of going to the cinema.

I have spent ALL day on the fish tanks, couldn't get the water right could get plants to plant, looks like one fish has had a stroke. :eek: And I spent a horrific amount of money on fish stuff to fix them all up. could cry.

Now settling down to mark, e mailed my union guy and he said my boss was being unreasonable and that I should point this out and therefore having 180 books to mark by Tuesday is not going to happen and doesn't have to happen. :T

Still got other to do tho. so will get on with that

Mum is driving me a bit nuts.

I am still a bit hungover *blushes* been for a run but yawwwwwwn am tired and hungry and OH is still out...hmmm what can I snack on in the meantime??

Cheers Buffy, I need to treat myself to a wheat bag. Only seen em in the local garden centre, and dead expensive in there. Got a hot water bottle I might take to bed later
