  • Morning all!

Amy's moving in today! :j :j :j So most of the day'll be spent drinking and catching up. I'd better make some effort to clean my room ( ) in a minute, it's a bit of a tip. Also, I'll have to check on that quilt, which I left going overnight and I doubt is actually dry yet. I found a spare single quilt from my old house last night and used that, so at least I got a decent night's sleep. I've been having some really weird dreams lately though. I think one of last night's lot involved Martin, singing.

@ Maz - I'll have to give my car windows a blitz with Stardrops as well at some point. It rained earlier this week, which cleared off most of the flies, but there's still a few where the wipers won't reach. Is it safe to use on car paintwork? Because I've still had no luck finding a jet wash in Bath so I might actually have to wash the car by hand! :D
    Kayleigh
  • oh kayleigh, i dunno about stardrops on paintwork.... i think it's safe for anything.... if i wasn't still in bed on the laptop then i'd go check the bottle......!

Scotty - it'll be the ghost of florence knightingale coming to tend to your manflu.....
I'm just a seething mass of contradictions....
    (it's part of my charm!)
  • I wish stardrops did-be cheaper than the £12 bottle of chemicals we are currently soaking in, not to mention the HOURS I have now spent combing DS, DD and my hair-lucky DH for being bald as a new potato...

    Morning!

Natasha decided 6.30am was a suitable time to get up on a Sunday, so it feels like mid-afternoon already.

Have a date for next weekend but not very enthusiastic. Doesn't seem my type, but as several people have pointed out, that might be a good thing!

Also realised I have the weekend off in a fortnight, and I have the kids, so thinking of taking them for a long weekend somewhere...just not sure where! Maybe the seaside, before it gets too cold. Or somewhere with a theme park, before they shut for the winter.

*flings Coco Pops at Scott in a distinctly un-nurselike manner* :p

Pooky - that sounds a bit scary - is your OH okay?

Inky - welcome back! Hope you decide to stick around,

  • Morning all, Inky glad to see you are still around :D

Cat woke me up early this morning. Because of the party's he didnt stay out last night and instead slept on my bed. So at 8am he thought it would be a good time to have breakfast  Now I have done all the baking that needs to be done and I am going to attempt my workout dvd in a bit. I shouldnt do it really because last time I did it 5 out of the 7 days I stayed the same with my weightloss :o But I feel a bit yuk today and I know excercise shakes that off, so here goes...
