Well I did say I was a wimp! I have a very low tolerance for spicy food. Also I haven't used it for over a year so it may have changed.

I used the Sainsburys one with a tin of mixed beans (and or lentils) with carrot and mushrooms plus the rice, I costed it at the time and it was 34p a portion
