Basil is a hairy little mongrel. He definately has terrier in him, but is mainly white (after a bath) but has some dark splodges. He has just had some teeth out and looks a lot like Steptoe! Poor old Basil has a bit of a hard time, his brother - Ralph - is completely handsome but a total mummy's boy. Everyone falls in love with Ralph and poor old Basil doesn't get a 2nd glance. Basil is how a dog should be - full of energy, a little bit naughty and totally scraggy!!!Ever wonder about those people who spend £2 apiece on those little bottles of Evian water? Try spelling Evian backward.0 -
Hi everyone - great to see such a lively thread this weekend.Everyone's been so productive! T's first sleepover went very well, so hopefully I will soon be out carousing til 4 in the morning again, like Katy!
Today
1) We all went to see a free screening of Up, the new Pixar film. It was ace!!! Really, really good.
Took our own drinks and sweets.
2) As I was in town I took a top back to Fatface for a refund. I bought it on holiday and have been feeling guilty as I know I'll never wear it, so now I feel much better.
3) We went for a play in a new park to enjoy the sunshine.
4) Trawled the car booty. I spent £7 and got some Lego, 4 DVDs for T, a Sims game for B and best of all - a spaceman outfit for T. He has been saying since last year that he wants to be a spaceman at Hallowe'en - and now he can!:j
5) Meals from stores.
6) Hokey cokey.
7) Cut MOCs out of my newspaper and magazine.
Have a good evening everyone, L xx0 -

Don't do it! It's not a good idea...am currently trying to cook dinner, do my baking for the week and tackle the ironing. All I want to do is curl up under the duvet...this rock and roll lifestyle is no good for me!
LBM 17th August 2009 Debt at LBM £18,612 Proud to be dealing with my debts.0 -
Cinema with stoooodent discount card - Time travellers wife - awwww
(not as cheap as L's free showing! Well done on the spaceman suit.....)
Also thinking of duvet - very rock and roll in this household just like Katy!
About to light candles and save leccy
and make it a bit warmer.
