Being male I can't have an opinion on these guys. I asked the wife and feedback was as follows:
Noel Fielding: might be o.k. if he didn't wear make-up. Men in make-up just isn't right.
Viggo Mortensen: (showed picture) he needs a wash.
Jonny Depp: He reminds me of my brother (they do look alike). Except my brother is less feminine.
John Casey (/Adam Baldwin) is more her type. The looks and personality from the chuck series.
Depends on the guy - a certain Mr Depp who is widely appreciated - so I understand - is certainly not averse to a spot of make-up, and it looks great. But some of the more manly guys on here, like my OH, would just look stupid (or feel stupid, resulting in them looking stupid, which is the same thing).
Is your brother very popular?0 -

Gets very confusing.
But no, ure my memory i of a tweedy coloured strapless dress (to the sweet spot just below knee) maybe with a corsage.
Nope..wrong...:D You are just going to have to watch 3 hours of telly LIR.
I will do you a multiple choice on key points to test you.
A clue...it was cream..and a had a matching flowing coat......just given away the answer now

I just had to look it up - it was wageslave who used it. I thought it meant kind of men who are into male grooming and stuff - doesn't float my boat either.
I prefer grungier men, definitely - but not fussed if they wear eyeliner or not. How about you, Sue?
Are you a Depp-o-phile too?
Sorry Fc, it would be rude for me not to answer.
I like Depp in Pirates but I am more of a Kevin Bacon/Mel Gibson sort of woman....and if you are into speedway, a Sam Ermolenko / Hans Andersen woman! We made it! All three boys have graduated, it's been hard work but it shows there is a possibility of a chance of normal (ish) life after a diagnosis (or two) of ASD. It's not been the easiest route but I am so glad I ignored everything and everyone and did my own therapies with them.
Eldests' EDS diagnosis 4.5.10, mine 13.1.11 eekk - now having fun and games as a wheelchair user.0 -
Tweed's very flattering - the problem is not being able to find any nicely cut stuff for girls in it.
Heritage products are fine and have a small niche market.
What HT needs is some innovation and someone using it in a different way to make things that people actually want to buy.
If one can suss that one out, then you are away......industry saved for a time and ££££ in the bank.
No-one involved with HT at grass roots level seems to get this 'arty farty design ' notion.0 -

Even just traditional items well done - like a really flattering tweed trouser suit or jacket, for example.0

I googled tweed skirts and, bliddy hell. even my dear old granny wouldn't wear them.
I know sod all about fashion but it would have to be the sexy secretary look for me. Tweed just so lends itself to ultra tight pencil skirts with a bustle, ickle jackets and bondage shoes. The origami skirt thing that topshop is doing would look good too.
Could you add that lycra stuff to tweed to help it keep its shape?Retail is the only therapy that works0 -
