  • cscoobs-looks like you have just opened a gate way of hell for yourself!!!:eek::eek::eek:

Mind you am sure there are lots of pwc and nrp who want honest answers that they dont seem to be getting when they telephone or write to the csa:j:j:j:j
  • Sorry another couple of questions .

why do csa fail to respond the many SUbject access requests or say that the 40day time limits are working and dont include weekends when it clearly states in DPA that respons should be received within 40days and not 40 working Days?

and last but not least .

why is the CSA registered on DUNN and BRADSTREET as a profit making company ?
I only speak of my own experiences. and research that i have carried out whilst dealing with my own case with the child support agency

Why do the csa count the child disability element of ctc as Income from nrp household?

Why should the child from the 1st family benifit from disabled children from 2nd family?

Why can't the csa explain why the arrears have occured, even though you pay every month and keep them informed of important information?

why do they send notification of LO days before you are told about so-called arrears?

Why do the advisors tell you that the arrears have to be paid off in full within 7 days, otherwise they will go to enforcement?

Why does every advisor you speak to give you a different set of figures,

why are staff reluctant to give their names?

Why does the csa REFUSE TO ACKNOLEDGE a npr request for a variation due to the fact that there are 2 disabled children in the 2nd family, despite repeatidly (SP) requesting for the last 4 YRS

  • There is one question that i have always wanted to know the answer to and that is.

There are certain PWC's that lie to the CSA . When the NRP sends in hard factual evidence that proves the pwc is guilty of deception why does the CSA ignore the evidence and continue to persecute the NRP when they are quite clearly inocent ?

  • I think that having people that have "inside knowledge" so to speak is an asset to this forum for the many pwc's and nrp's who are confused by their calculations etc and we don't really want to frighten the op off but asking them questions about the csa as a whole, they have offered to help with cases not why the csa do what they do;)

I'll try my best to answer any queries you have and I'll try answer any rumours you may have heard too.

Try to keep them brief though! :)

Do the DWP allow you to give information out while advertising that you work for the CSA? i know that HMRC do not. You do not have the authority to access any files so how can you give out information.

I'm sure your aware of the data security that was spread across all departments?

Im not trying to cause fights I just don't think that this is right!
