join the club....its been like this for weeks...money manager is never working!

Very annoying...I need to get my o/s balance to BT to another card but I can't get access. I telephoned them for the info and they asked me some ridiculous security questions that I couldn't answer...I don't have info on credit limits and transactions as this card is maintained on-line and I CAN'T GET ON-LINE!!!

I'm going to complain about these stupid questions when I CAN FINALLY GET INTO MY ACCOUNT!!!

I dont care about there bloody Egg card but cannot gain access to all my other accounts registered with them. Also because I access everything through their crap site I cannot remember my ivarious passwords.

good thing money manager is free because it only seem to work once a week about 2 mins before it falls over again

Have not been able to get on to Egg all day. Initially I could just see the Egg accounts and now nothing at all. Even more annoying, when you put in your email address so that they can let you know when it's working, even that gets rejected.

If these plonkers can't run a website, how can I trust them to look after my cash?

Haha.. funny you should mention that.. I'm always typing too fast =typos.. Egg locks up in 2 (maybe 3 attempts) so I'm forever ringing them to reset my password! Never had a prob before.. until last week. I passed all DPA question bar one.. "what's your egg account number" I said.. I've not got the foggest.. it's a savings account I never use and never had any correspondance telling me what the account number is (as I would have filed it and could of told them). The flattly refused to give me a new password because of this! Even though I could answers every other question apart from that one!

Anwyays.. speak to the manager after going off on one (and I'm not the kinda person to do so!!!). II was told I should of written the number down when in the system.. !!!!!!!!! After it all not only did the password get reset but HE TOLD ME my account number!!!(which I've written down in case I get asked again!!)

18 min phone call I wasn't impressed with!

True.. maybe time to try First Directs revision! As a backup when this kinda stuff happens!
