Nationwide to remove support for Microsoft money

Having not realised that Nationwide had restarted OFX downloads, until recently, I decided to have a play, using OFXAnalyser, and discovered that the following changes will allow a Nationwide OFX download to be handled by Money 2002:
1) Add a fixed header to the top of the file containing
OFXHEADER:100
DATA:OFXSGML
VERSION:102
SECURITY:NONE
ENCODING:USASCII
CHARSET:1252
COMPRESSION:NONE
OLDFILEUID:NONE
NEWFILEUID:NONE
This stops OFXAnalyser from saying "Empty file"
2) Look for the broken <NAME> field which has 39 characters rather than the maximum of 32 specified in OFX2.1.1, and truncate it
This stops OFXAnalyser from saying "Length of data longer than allowed" for the line containing "Gross interest £0.00 Tax deducted £0.00"
3) Optionally remove the pound signs from the errant NAME field, as Money fails to render correctly (not a big deal).
4) Optionally remove the **** from the account number.
I noted that the original headers between the start of the file and the initial <OFX> seemed to be ignored by Money 2002.
These lines are not present in a NatWest OFX file I used for comparison.
I hope this is useful to someone, because the only reason Nationwide any of my money is when the £750 floats in and out every month for the travel insurance, so the necessity for a working download has all but disappeared for me.

I know that this thread is about Nationwide support for MS Money but if you still use MS Money and have some UK stocks, you might be interested to know that I am now able to automatically update my UK stocks into MS Money 2005 UK thanks for a former MS Money employee. This link explains all:

[FONT="]and a post of April 22nd explains how you can get the latest UK version.

Yes they are in my version of money, thanks to Lapaz for the pointer to iCreate, works a treat and good value at £4.99
I also need to get around to looking at what Marc C posted, sounds useful.0 -
I was able to import Nationwide info into MS Money using MT2OFX, but I tried today and was unable to do so. The message is Error 9 (0x9): Subscript out or range At line 151 col 2.... etc.
Any ideas what this means, has nationwide changed something? I have not downloaded for 5 months or so and wondering if something has changed.
Many thanks in anticipation.
