Staceydaisy that's !!!!!! news. Wishing you tons of Good Luck.
  • Just started to read your diary, you've done really well so far and hope your partner is able to get some sort of another job very soon. You'll get there. I havn't got a diary yet and havn't even made any ops as I don't think I can afford to. If I did, it would be like yourself of a couple of quid here and there.

    Take care.

A positive attitude may not solve all your problems, but it will annoy enough people to make it worth the effort

  • I think I could be back guys!!!!!!!!!!!1

He started a new job today and its all going really well (he just phoned me). He will be doing a week in hand so hopefully a week on friday I am hoping to make a small overpayments.

I soooo wanna get back on track.

    Advice needed here please

We went on Interest only due to him losing his last job. It only saved me £100 a month. Our current deal ends in June and we will save £250 pounds a month shall I leave it on interest only till then and save in a savings account till June and make a lump sum Overpayment or shall i just put mortgage back up to interest and capital.

    Thank you guys

oooohhhhhhhhhhhh Im excited fingers crossed this job works out..... the building trade is sooooooooooo temperamental at the mo

If you can get a savings account pays more interest than your mortgage interest then I'd say save :)
