I've just had one of these calls and didn't know what it was but gingerly accepted it after listening to the explanation message.

However, the website address given above gave seems to have expired which doesn't seem very good if it's an official service run by BT, though I note their website contains information about the service (but the forum software won't let me post the URL).

I will answer it tomorrow then.. been getting calls from this number all this week, a good few times an hour! :mad:

Yes usually you have to decline or accept it. Just keep declining it and he'll get bored. His name isn't Raymond is it lol. My sister had the same thing with her ex. Thank goodness he's gone!!!!

I'm with virgin and I just get the message when I answer the phone, I don't have to do anything to retrieve it. Used to confuse me but it's useful really as mainly it's my dentist who uses it to remind you of appointments a couple of days before.

We've started getting those PPI type spam messages via this number/service in the early hours of the morning. Woken us up three weeks running now.

Thanks for the unsubscribe info as BT were not very helpful when questioned if they could stop these calls via their service.
